I was very disappointed with my experience at Griffin Ford. I got into a car accident and only had a few days to get a new vehicle. I had never bought a car from a dealership. Since it was the end of the month, they really wanted to make a sale. The salesman made it seem like our business was not important to them since they sell the most Fords in the state . The sales department gave me incorrect information which lead to a huge mix up later and almost had me walk out on the sale. Never once did she apologize but instead put the blame on me. She was rude and short after that and kept trying to bully me into making a payment higher than I was comfortable with just so they could get the sale. They are not interested in helping you get a great deal or find the right car for you. They re just interested in trying to get you to buy a car as quick as possible and get out. I bought the car because I needed to get one before the rental was up and would have not done that if I had more time. I will not go back there or have my vehicle serviced there.
