again 78 pounds is being witheld from my bank acount,after i had last weeks shopping delivered,the dilivery that was delivered was different to the order placed,and the cost was different,so the took the delivered amount from my accont streight away,as well as keeping a stop on the original amount from the order,i am disabled and on a limited budget,so now untill that money is released,i cant do any shopping for this week,this has happened about 15 times so far and twice it left me overdrawn,and the call center did'nt want to know.
