Not often are you going to enter a county Social Services office and be happy. During my most recent visit I was denied help, however, this denial was explained in full. Other options to get help were offered and I was informed where to go to receive it. These workers try to be effective and efficient and are knowledgeable in there delivery of information. They do there best to meet the needs of an ever-increasing population and deal well with disappointed and angry citizens.
