I recently hired an architecture firm for a project, and overall, it was an average experience. The team was professional, but the communication could have been better. There were some delays in responses to my inquiries, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. On the positive side, the design concepts were creative and thoughtful, and the work quality was good. However, I think there's room for improvement in terms of project management and client communication. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I hope to see better organization and responsiveness in the future.
