Do not use this agency for hospice care. The nursing staff is not compassionate to family members and what they are going through. My mom passed in the early morning hours and I had to learn of it from my private pay aid. When I still hadn t heard from the nurse by early afternoon, I had to call her. She was quite rude considering the circumstances and I finally just hung up. There were many other issues, too many to mention here. Consider looking elsewhere for hospice care.
