A week or so ago I had to call this, because I thought something was wrong with my debits. No debits had been made for 2 months. I pay the tax in installments. It turned out to be all right. The period had already ended and everything had already been paid for.
However, when I saw these reviews, my heart sank, I was really scared to call.
However, I got a very nice gentleman on the phone, who was very friendly and went to see what was wrong. Fortunately everything was right.
Gentleman was friendly, calm and polite.
