What a dream to stay in this place. My gal and I recently needed to get out of Chiraq and relax for a few days. I can see how people are interested in going to the Marsh, and or... Well. I suppose that's the big sell there. But, since this isn't about the city and about the place itself, I'll stay with that. The room was enchanting, it's exactly what you want an updated 100 year old room to look like. The building is perfect, the neighborhood is amazing. Gal pal was excited to see strawberries and champagne waiting for us, as well as the best massage she claims to have ever had delivered in our room, all set up by the Audubon Inn. They cover everything and just to sit in the lobby (3 of them) and read is a wonderful way to spend a weekend when you are trying to unwind. Also, huge spa tubs, huge. The staff is so nice every single time you run into them. I want to go to a place, if not this place and just stay as I finish up my next book.
