This has been the worst hospital visit of all times. We were here due to a car accident and taken to the Truma unit. After leaving ER and coming to the 7th floor, we waited with several other patients in an untidy storage room for 11.5 hours awaiting a room. No staff checked to ascertain if patients were given food or water. Staff members epressed a lack of care/ concerns The experiece was horrible indicating unprofessionalism, insensitivity, and most important failure to convey trust that love ones will be cared for with integrity. This experience was inhumane..
