I don't know how to say,I had an appointment on October 6th,8:30am, and I try to cancel it on October 5th and I call 3 times to the department said I have an appointment need to cancel but the co-worker said to me I don't have any appointment with them, I got a phone call from this hospital few days ago and I called the number back but they cannot find me.I hope them can work on this.Please at least give a confirm call that I cancelled.
