Never go to ADT! It is not anymore giving you a high quality service. I installed ADT security system last week. The technician that installed the equipment didn't show his ID and didn't pass me any business card. The equipment that he installed are not working properly! Both cameras in front and side door are not detecting any motions (and both are active and there is a rule for motion detection for both of them). I changed all the parameters that the system had (including sensitivity and object size) and nothing worked. I called my sales person, he hasn't come back to me yet! I called ADT and now I have been on the line for more than 1 hour !
