I had a bit of a mixed experience with ARCS Mortgage Inc. The initial interaction was great, but the follow-up could have been better. Communication was a bit lacking and I had to reach out multiple times for updates. However, they eventually sorted everything out and I got my mortgage. Overall, it was an okay experience.
