They are amazing. I received a bill for hitting a power line for $3400. ComEd was there 30 min for repair. ComEd would not tell me why the bill was so much. West Bend was awesome in helping me address the issue. They worked it out and I didn't have to pay anything. I am so sorry this accident happened and I felt really bad.
