Went there on a Friday to look at a used car. Saturday morning I called and put a deposit down for $500. They called me Monday telling me I got approved but for 13.6% interest. I told them that that was too high that I was going to go through my bank to get a better rate and the salesman Frank told me that was fine. The next day on Tuesday morning I get a call from the sales manager named Steve saying that they sold the car they couldn t hold it for that many days which it had only been 3 days. I told them they could not sell the car because I left them a security deposit of $500 and Steve told me that they never ran my card which is not my problem they should have ran my card when I gave them that information. I had plenty of money in the account to cover $500.
I told them that this was very unprofessional and is very bad business And all he said was that is your opinion you re entitled to it. What kind of dealership acts like they never got a security deposit when they clearly didn t run the card themselves. I got scammed out of the car that I wanted even after dropping a deposit. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!
