I was overcharged for something that we didn t do and I only found out when I checked my bank account. It s unprofessional to not let the customer know why they overcharging, I called them to fix the problem and no one gave me an answer they kept transferring me to different departments. I have been here for more than 6 times and this will be my last. #youhavelostacuatomer
