We use several large fabric wholesalers with little or no issue but when trying to order 15 yds of in stock fabric it was a disaster. It took 6 phone calls and so much grief. Then 3 days later finally recieved an email showing I was overcharged on shipping as well as pst/gst when I was told we would not be. Then there were 3 more people and phone calls to try to resolve that. I wools skip this place and move on to a professional company. When I finally spoke to a manager they didn't seem to want our business. Good luck.
