Concierge seemed grumpy when we first approached the desk and during our checkin.

The room was nice but a giant toe nail was found on the floor right beside the bed.

The air conditioning was sub par and when we asked to have it looked at, someone just closed the curtains. The temperature actually went up after that.

The pool was so warm it was uncomfortable. Could not enjoy a swim because of the temperature. Also there was a young man doing laundry right by the pool so it felt like we were being chaperoned.

The night concierge was great!
