Never stayed but came twice at different occassios as invitee for workshops. Well.. it located down far from Bogor city center. Venue & toilet are acceptable, don't expect much for the coffee break snack options. Service can be improve. At the time I came they put interns in charge at the front desk. Not a smart decision from management as front desk is where people ask for information, poor girls they tried their best.
