This is a very large public library that has a restaurant at the 6th floor and somewhat of a visitor area on the 0 and -1 floors.
each floor has dedicated topics.

If you are coming there to learn note that you can get a subscription for the internet, but the internet at times can be extremely slow, so watching videos (for example: university lectures) can be a challenge at times.

In addition unless you are in the quiet several booths on the 5th floor, you'll find it's hard to get absolute quite as the noise from the restaurants on the 6th floor and the noise from the piano on the ground floor can be distracting.

Overall it's a good place to come to study as long as you come early to get a good spot and don't have to rely on a fast internet connection.
