Guillermo was our loan officer and he was responsive, communicative, helpful, and took pains to explain every step of the process and answer every one of the (many, many, many) questions I had. He never went more than 48 hours without checking in on us (in spite of the fact I was messaging him nearly every day with questions), and went above and beyond when the usual speedbumps happened during the process. I could not recommend him more, and thank you again, Guillermo!
