Very disappointing experience at the Omni Berkshir...

Very disappointing experience at the Omni Berkshire Place. Although we are Platinum Level Select Guest members, we got a We got none of the amenities promised for this guest level. The very basic room was equivalent to a motel room for a quarter of the cost we paid. Upon arrival, the room was very dirty; dust on surfaces, debris on floor. While the loyalty manager and housekeeping supervisor made sure the room was thoroughly cleaned, it shouldn't be necessary to complain in order to get a clean room. It is unlikely that we would stay here again.
