Bad, bad bad seller, don't buy, not recommended, I bought a washing machine, order no. YA19118388 of 11/28/2019, arrived in a few days, I read the manual and install it but immediately I have a problem, I started the first wash after having followed all the instructions, removed the transport stops, and checked everything was in order, it works up to the moment of the centrifuge because the washing machine literally skips and squeaks, in my opinion it has a problem, I tried to contact customer service by email and more, no answer, what should I do? Let me know as soon as possible, I am without a washing machine and this is not usable, then the answer comes, everything they can tell me is contact the service center, but what assistance, the product is new! A serious seller makes the replacement, not the repair, shame on you !!!!
