My husband and I took time to go check out a vehicle that was being advertised on their website. I had heard on several Radio stations, about their advertisement, that you pay a dime down, never said anything about, if your credit is approved. It also said if you make over $350 per week, you will qualify. (FALSE) Once Phillip the salesman showed us the vehicle we came to see, someone from the finance department told us, we didn't qualify: even though, I qualify financially with just my income: Mr. Mac turns around to say, there is another vehicle, that we would be able to get. So my husband said, lets take a look. He brought a piece of paper, for a Dodge Journey, with the model and stock number listed, I went on their website once again, only to find out, he jacked the price up, way higher then what the website stated. Not to mention, the vehicle was not on the lot: I showed Phillip my discovery, he was confused, so he went back to show my proof to the finance person Mr. Mac, he then tried to cover it up, by saying, that price is only if a bank finance the vehicle. I was totally blown away, and sent Jakia an email to say how dissatisfied I was. I got a call from Travis McLeod (Owner) and informed him, about my dissatisfaction. I wasn't going to write a review, because he asked me to give him time to look into it. Today, I was called by Michael only to say, they were sorry, this mishap occurred, yet they couldn't help us at this time. I will be sending my documented proof about the FALSE ADVERTISING to the Better Business Bureau.
