Used to shop all the time at Ann Arbor Arms but their customer service has been horrible. My son and I walked into HVG today for the first time and was greeted right away. Bought a new hand gun and tried out the range. The store was awesome with a great selection despite stock issues right now. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The ranges were clean and the safety officer even gave us a lesson on how to work the target. Going back next week to buy another gun after the help I got today. They gained a customer today.
