Review of Audi Plano

I purchased my first Audi (A4) in 2014, in Massachusetts, and fell in love with the brand! Looking to give myself an early 50th Birthday present, i decided to looking into upgrading my A4 (as a trade-in) to something a little more "fashionable"...with first thoughts leaning towards a 2016 Q5, Q7 or A4. Little did i know, several 2017 models had already been delivered and, low and behold...i opted for and purchased a 2017 A7.

Being fairly new to Dallas and Texas in general, i made inquiries of several people regarding Audi dealers in my area (i live in Addison, TX)...and first testaments were not positive of any Audi dealership in my area, with Audi Plano being least recognized by all with whom i discussed this subject with. However, i am not one to let others suggestively influence my decisions and i do tend to keep an open mind about most matters, i ventured forth and visited Audi Plano for my first "purchase" experience.

In a word...AWESOME!!! After wandering aimlessly about the showroom floor for several minutes, Wade Cowser approached me, introduced himself and i proceeded to drag him around the showroom floor asking what would seem to be a millennia of questions...all of which he responded to with educated answers and to those i was able to stump him with, he found an answer. After a couple hours of discussion and wandering further about the showroom, i decided to call it a night and went home for several hours of pondering several aspects of a potential purchase. Returning to the dealerships the very next afternoon, i found Wade occupied with a potential client, but, Riley Walker (manager), with Wades approval i would presume, stepped in and continued where Wade had left off. Both Wade and Riley worked in great unison, making for a cohesive team effort. Neither were aggressive, impatient or overly influential in "pushing" to make a sell...in fact both were about as relaxed and un-impeding as i have ever seen a commission based salesperson be.

After some further discussion and haggling banter, i found myself signing documents for a shiny new 2017 A7.

Overall, i found this Audi experience with Wade Cowser, Riley Walker, the young lady (who's name is eluding me) processing my paperwork, and staff in general, to be unprecedented, WITHOUT QUESTION or COMPROMISE!!! I found my whole experience with Audi Plano to be in COMPLETE contradiction to any negative comments or opinions of those i queried. Barring any unforeseen situations, i look forward to my future endeavors with Wade, Riley and Audi Plano.
