They bought my two previous Dermo offices. I used the Plano location for yearswhere I loved my PA. Also used Sherman Tx office. Plano office is dreadful to get anyone to answer,long holds,hang ups and poor on returns. Sherman is pretty responsive. I think they are both geared to aesthetic procedures like botox. If you have a skin cancer you have to make an appointment to be seen even with biopsy results in hand ,then another to get scheduled for surgery. In my case both offices would not work with my schedule and concerns and I was looking at a 3 week wait just for appointment. Also had problems getting them in past to take my insurance even though they were shown to be a network provider. So for BOTOX and Pimples probably good.
