Tried to check in after driving all day and the rooms weren t ready (this was at 5pm). We waited in the lobby with our 4 exhausted (and bickering) children. No updates were given as far as how long it would be. When I asked for updates, the answer was, we aren t sure how long it will take, we are just waiting . We were trying to decide if we should wait so we can unload all of our stuff or if we should run to dinner. One of the employees was evidently finished with her shift and sitting on the couch with her shoes off, not exactly a welcome site. After 25 minutes we finally got a room. The room was nice and roomy but unfortunately, the Ac was not working very well. We called maintenance and were told they were going to look at it. We thought maybe by the time we got back from dinner it would have cooled off some but no such luck. No feedback from maintenance, front desk was even positive they checked it out. All around not the best stay.
