I've lived in my complex since 2013 and we've gone through a few management company transitions-- this is by far the least responsive building management company we've had. My particular building manager dodges all forms of contact. I'm trying to complete a bathroom renovation and I had all required forms submitted by the tenth of this month. After several follow ups regarding approval, Robert Rinaldi finally emailed me back today to let me know he will not be responding to emails until next Monday. Overall, just disappointed with the "management" and lack of professionalism. I'm happy to remove this review once the issues are addressed.
