Cleanliness of our room upon arrival suggests a lack of thorough cleaning between guests; despite signage stipulating requirements for masks in public places, hotel staff were not enforcing the mandate and even overheard several staff indicate wearing masks wasn't important; breakfast buffet in Cibolo Moon was substantially limited as compared to our prior visit pre-Covid - no longer offering chicken sausage or beef/port alternatives; upon inspection of our bill there were additional charges for parking despite us self-parking for our entire stay - charges were removed once we brought it to their attention
