Very pleased. Karen and Heather were friendly, courteous, and helpful when I contacted them to schedule insulation work via the Mass Save program.
They scheduled the work to add insulation to our attic pretty promptly and were specific about when they'd arrive. Ryan gave me a call that day to let me know he'd arrive in a few minutes, since they were running a little behind schedule. I was impressed that he did the courteous thing and called, even though it was less than a twenty minute delay.
Ryan, Mike, and the other two crew members were friendly and courteous when working in our home. They laid mats on the floor and stairs to minimize mess. Mike answered my questions about the insulation work specifically and clearly. They left no debris or trace of their work in our house.
They worked quickly and efficiently. I checked their work afterward and it looked good. I was very pleased. I'd gladly make them blueberry and banana pancakes again if they do more work for us sometime!
