I'm very confused, half of the reviews are saying ...

I'm very confused, half of the reviews are saying that they were very satisfied with their orders and the other half are saying they haven't received their product or it's very difficult to return. Can anyone just tell me if I am from the US and I try to order a pair of soccer cleats from Fruugo, will I receive my purchase on time and will they be real or knock off soccer cleats?
