I rented from My House in the past and received my entire security deposit when I moved out. All of these negative comments blow my mind because if you left your home the way it looked when you moved in (minus normal wear and tear) then there would be no issue recovering your deposit. We even had a cat which was no issue in the move out process. The maintenance crew was speedy and helpful with any issues that occurred while we lived in the property as well. I would rent from my house again if I didn t purchase my own place!
