I started talking to Ryan Spence (sales dude) several months before I made the purchase. Besides sending me promotional information and deals, he didn't push the issue. When I was ready to buy, he was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and painless. They are willing to work with you on the price. By the way, did you know that you get your first 4 routine services for free on a new Toyota!? Rest of the staff was friendly, but I only really had to deal with Ryan. The facility is brand new and super nice.

Ryan was not your typical salesman, not pushy at all, patient, helpful. Didn't try to trade me up to a model I wasn't interested in. I will buy another car from there when the time comes.

Doesn't hurt that I love my 2014 Highlander.
