Zero stars. Poor follow up. Rates changed from good to poor, deposit not needed, then needed. Communication from Janet handling my application took days and usually had an excuse. I did my end and sent in everything they asked for. I cannot recommend Rate Genius to anyone due to the unprofessional way they handled my approved application. BS.
