NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM. I am now going to take legal action as they have essentially stolen my money for a chair that I ordered on next day delivery on 13th May 2020. The chair has never been delivered and after endless emails, I received one from them today to say it will be delivered on or around the 25th June. I can guarantee you this chair will never be delivered. I demanded a refund and they have completely ignored it. The number on their website also doesn't work. Basically it's fraud , they're stealing peoples money and it's disgusting.
