It has taken 2.5 years (!) to finish a straightforward Freehold Purchase. I spent quite a lot of this time chasing them only to have constant "out of office messages" . I know Freehold Purchases can take a while but neighbours with an identical property managed to do theirs with a different solicitor in less than half this time. Not impressed.
