When you hear someone s attitude over the phone it makes you think twice about even wanting to apply. This wasn t a personal inquiry but business! Every one isn t looking for a handout but help.. until things get better at least. Don t like hanging up feeling less than and disrespected simply because I didnt know an answer to a question. SMH please have an in service for whoever is responsible for answering the telephone.
