Pretty poor. Asked for payout figure of mortgage 3 times. Oh your case manager is out to lunch call back. Hangs up. Ended up speaking with the bank and was solved on 73 seconds. Gadens don't give a toss. They've got the contract with the banks so why would they care about you. I am paying off my mortgage and get treated like I have not ever made a repayment on the loan. I think debt collection agencies are more professional than these guys.
