I have been a patient of Dr Bahia s for the past four years.Appointments are easy to make ,and it is a pleasure to arrive at the Practice ,it is calm and serene,during stressful times,this is very comforting.
The service provided is professional and discreet ,nothing is too much trouble ,Dr Bahia will go over and above to provide clear and concise explanations ,regards ,treatments,tests and investigations .In these days of GPs working under extreme pressure in the NHS,it is very reassuring to know I can make an appointment at the Edgbaston Medical Practice ,and be seen the same day .
The receptionists are professional and friendly ,treating confidential information with sensitivity and care .
I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful medical practice to anyone who lives within time constraints and busy lives .The Edgbaston Medical Practice is real a gem in the heart of Edgbaston .
