Horrible pay for the highest internet bundle for 5...

Horrible pay for the highest internet bundle for 5+ devices and "optimum streaming" and within our 208 sq ft den our TV still lags! The room right next to the router and our phones dont even have enough wifi signal to be on facebook ! We have had them come out to "fix it" and they charge you to look at the cable and DO NOTHING!! So they charge you to fix their mistake of over-promised and never delivered service ! We are looking for a new provider after dealing with them for two years because of the empty promises to correct, but they never fix anything and add items to your bill ! I will be sharing this info with everyone I know and when I find a better provider I will make sure they know everyone I know with WOW so they can help them make the switch too!
