Run away from them and use good reliable companies. They lie about their five year warranty and do not honor it. Their work is substandard. They do not properly supervise the work of their subs and the customer provides the quality control. They even become abusive when asked to meet their responsibilities. They put on a professional supportive front, but they do not deliver on their promises. Have had nothing but trouble with framing errors, HVAC, dry wall, siding, plumbing, and electrical with them. Their work resulted in a flood, a short, lots of dry wall issues, poorly functioning HVAC, and leaky siding. Their warranty is a sham. Do not hire them!
