Poor treatment of patients. Proper procedures not followed. Graham Johnson in A and E was extremely rude inconsiderate and patronising. He didnt let me speak and explain my situation properly. He talked over me and made me feel inferior, absolutely disgusting excuse for a human being. He is definitely in the wrong profession as he doesn't know how to talk to people let alone provide care for them. I have reported him to the PALS ombudsman. I am not impressed at all as I pay for NHS I pay taxes and I work unlike 90 % of the others attending.
