After having been hit by another driver, I dreaded the impending round after round of arguments and calls to sort out my claim. However, what an absolutely simple process with Slater and Gordon.
One 'phone call and everything was under way. With an efficiency that I did not expect, the claims handler had everything under control, a replacement vehicle, an examination at the repair centre and a calm manner that just took all the concerns away.
Regular calls with updates and checks that all was going according to plan made the whole process very simple.
