A must visit place in Canberra, this is a window to understand Australian political culture, and it is also a perfect unity of architectural art, arts and crafts and decorative arts. It is located on the top of the capital and is magnificent under Canberra's crisp blue sky.
It is very convenient to drive from the city, and there is a spacious underground parking lot. Out of the parking lot, in the open square in front of the building, the Capitol stands tall, with flags fluttering and extraordinary momentum. In addition to various halls and conference facilities, the building also has some historical exhibits and portraits of successive prime ministers, which are very interesting in detail. We happened to meet the rehearsal of the opera "Ferriello's Wedding". The melodious singing and piano sounds are especially wonderful in this solemn space.
There are many rest areas in the building, as well as cafes and souvenir shops, where visitors are given full respect and a sense of participation. If they happen to meet in the Senate and House of Representatives, visitors can also sit in the auditorium to listen to the debate between the Prime Minister and the Ministers.
