Amazing architecture, the fact that anyone can go and see what happens inside this building is the best example of open government and democracy in its best implementation.

I was surprised with "old fashioned" voting system, first attempt by voice: they have to shout yes or no and computer recognises it somehow. But if it didn't they have to sit on the left side who support the proposition and on the right who don't. This might be time consuming but it the only way to see truth.
