Be prepared for the wildest dining experience ever! The whole dinner was like a theatrical performance with very artistic presentation of the dishes, showcasing more of the super advanced culinary techniques rather than taste. Some of the dishes tasted kind of weird. Some were too salty and for a lot of them the flavors did not blend well or complement each other. Lots of contrast in flavoring, but not well-put together. There was one dish that was so salty I couldn t take in more than one bite. Very rich and creamy dishes.

Service was exceptional. Kitchen was impeccably clean, organized and well-run. It was awesome being able to see all the chefs at work.

I d still recommend Alinea if you want an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience.
