WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: Read this if you plan on going after this.

We arrived here on Saturday and were put in a filthy room, this turned out to be the children's room and a lot of people wrote things on the walls (not normal for a 4 star hotel) and the room had no curtains.

Went to the reception and they told us that we were put in that room because everything was full, strange because we booked a few months in advance.

That day we got a different room, the so-called herman bread room. The walls were full of graffiti and depressive art, we didn't feel comfortable and the room was filthy and there was even shit on the curtains. We slept here one night.

The next day we were fed up, after all we had seen beautiful photos on the website and afterwards it turned out that nothing was true. The whole hotel looks neglected (only the entrance looks good).

We went to the reception again, got a new room once we arrived, we see the carpet, the carpet is discolored and we see different body fluids discolored in the carpet, and also sperm on the walls. Went straight back to the reception, we got another room. This room is clean but the beds / matrasse completely sagged you lie in a hole!

We also had dinner one evening in the restaurant, food (steak) was nasty and tasteless.

Due to the whole situation hassle with the dirty dirty and old rooms had a very dirty and dirty experience at Fletcher hotels, we will never go to Fletcher again and will also tell as many people as possible that Fletcher is not even worth a star. The whole hotel is dilapidated, the corridor has stains on carpet, scratches everywhere. The lettering in the elevators has been wiped out and the elevator buttons are broken.

We would advise everyone to keep your money in your pocket, do not book with Fletcher hotels and certainly not in avegoor in ellecom.

It is better to spend a little more money by booking at nh hotels or from the falcon, we always have good experiences with this in terms of quality, etc.

Don't be tempted by the location, there are plenty of other better hotels!
