Most restaurants seem to be slowing down by 8PM on a Tuesday night, but Kip's was still busy. They may do a movie special, so if you bring in your ticket stub then you get a discount of sorts. It was a short wait for three of us to sit at the bar. The bartender was great. She was friendly and attentive. We only had the pretzels, but they were fantastic.
