This company not a good to do appraisal .I booked ...

This company not a good to do appraisal .I booked to do my home for appraisal on June 01,2017 the guy came did not even take 5 mints to measure and take pictures to my home and send report bank next day below than market price and 4 days later they send another revised report to bank way lower value than first report.reason they mention there is a home 2 km from my home was sold lower price two day before. But this house was't in MLS/sold when they did my appraisal.these people are not recommended to do appraisals. I paid $320 but they only spend 5 mints to did my appraisal ,pictures not clear he took from his cell phone.i never ever recommend anyone this company .please be aware from this people ,if you need to do appraisal find other good companies.
