Hello we bought epos Thermal receipt printer model TEP -220Mc size-80mm we have tried to install it on windows 10 computer to no avail.. Please assist us with drivers pack that can use to install since the database we are using is only compatible with win10 hence we cannot down grade .. PLEEEEEEEAAAASSSEEE
