Zero stars is my rating!!!i bet the 4 and 5 stars they received are from TOLL management..Very bad,rude,slow,horrible and disgusting delivery service..All I wanted was the location of my parcel..Customer service there is a Joke,they should be fired.Rude and arrogant people,after treating me like a child and moving me from department to department.puts me on hold for 25minutes then said.sorry,and hangs up..that call wasted 45minutes of my life!!!
I call back the next day to complain to the manager and the dick says,"you again...sorry,the manager isnt here..bye.." and hangs up again..NEVER USE TOLL PEOPLE!!!!
